Transfer News : Bissouma, Zaha, Chikuweze

Tottenham and Everton have massively been reported to harbor an interest in Ivory Coast’s and Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha.

The 28-year old is said to have a £40m price tag on him.

According to reports, the Ivorian has made it clear that he wants out of Selhurst Park and wants to start the next step of his career in a different club.

Everton have expressed an interest in him before but saw two of their bids rejected in the summer of 2019 and 2020. The toffees have now renewed their interest with Zaha.

Yves Bissouma

The Malian has attracted massive interest from The Gunners who could go head to head with Liverpool in getting the Malian’s signature on the contract.

Reports have claimed that the Midfielder is in the mind of Arsenal’s manager Mikel Arteta as he wants to pair him with Ghanaian Thomas Partey in that Arsenal midfield.

Bissouma is said to be a huge fan of Arsenal and while Brighton know that they can do very little in preventing him from moving when big clubs come knocking, they are seeking to maximize with the set price of the midfielder.

However, with Liverpool’s Gini Wijnaldum exiting The Anfield, Liverpool will also try as much as they can to get Bissouma who will feel the midfield gap.

Samuel Chikuweze

The 21-year old Nigerian winger has been linked with a move to West Ham, Arsenal and Everton. La Liga champions Athletico de Madrid are also said to be highly monitoring his situation with the yellow submarine, Villarreal.

If he makes the move to Moyes’ West Ham side who appears to be leading the race to sign him, he will add some serious needed competition between Jared Bowen, Algeria’s Said Benhrama and Andriy Yarmolenko.

Despite struggling in the just concluded la liga season with Villarreal and having netted only 4 goals and registered 7 assists in all competition,  the youngster is one who has potential.

He is ranked as one of the quickest players in La liga . He has however been highly injury prone in the just concluded season with him not being able to feature much in Villarreal’s last games in the league and the Europa League final against Manchester United because of an injury he sustained while battling Arsenal in the semi-finals of the same competition.
