Super Eagles’ Rohr calls up 25 local for Mexico Friendly

Nigeria coach Gernot Rohr has called up 25 players for his team’s friendly against Mexico.

The Super Eagles face La Verde on 3 July in Los Angeles.

The shock was the absence of Super Eagles and Kano Pillars striker captain Ahmed Musa and the inclusion of goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenma who turns up for Nigeria Division one side of Hertland who last played for Nigeria on 13 October 2019 against Brazil in Singapore.

The players will be prompted to report to the Nigeria Football Federation for final travel arrangements.

Only 22 of them will however make the trip to the United States.
